Rapid Rewards Pay Plan

This approach to building your Xooma business is the fastest and most direct way to reach your financial goals. While this method requires that you use, sell, and/or sample $100 worth of products per month, you’ll have the ability to earn significant weekly and monthly income by participating in almost all income streams offered through Xooma’s Business Plan.

Your first goal: “The $400 Solution.”

With this simple and lucrative pay plan you can earn at least $400 (or more) per month with only 20 Members on your Team! In Xooma, we call this “the solution” because most people tell us that this is one of the easiest things they’ve ever done to earn money in a home-based business. For many people, an extra $400 - $500 per month provides the right “solution” to some of their financial needs. And when you do the math, that’s approximately $5,000 (or more) per year in additional income.

How the Rapid Rewards Pay Plan Works …

You personally sponsor 4 Members into your business who are using/or selling a minimum of $100 in Xooma products each month (Items such as fast start and sales specials do contribute to your overall "QV," they do not contribute to your Rapid Rewards Volume). As shown in the chart above, those 4 'personally sponsored' and qualified Members qualify you for an $80 bonus over and above all other commissions you earn. Most people can earn at least $100 or more per month with just 4 people in their organization through this powerful plan. It's like getting your personal product order for FREE every month.

Then, you simply help those 4 personally sponsored Members duplicate your efforts. Once you have 16 qualified Members on the second level, you’ll earn a $320 bonus over and above all other commissions you earn. At this point you’ll have 20 active Members in your Xooma organization and be earning $400 or more per month from just this small amount of effort!

Taking this to the next level... Once you have 64 Xooma Members on the third level who are qualified, you’ll earn an $1,280 bonus on top of all of your other commissions!

Finally...Once you have a total of 256 Xooma Members on the fourth level who are qualified, you’ll earn an $5,120 bonus on top of all of your other commissions!

Executive Pay Plan

Xooma’s Executive Pay Plan provides the foundation for the Rapid Rewards Plan and pays commissions on all product sales over $25. While Xtreme X2O is Xooma's leading product, we also give you access to a complete health & wellness product line which is available exclusively to all Xooma Members. There are dozens of products, including X2O BLAST & MetaboWize, found in the Xooma “Health & Wellness Store.”

The Executive Pay Plan is derived from your personal sponsoring activities and the sponsoring activities of the Members in your organization.

When you sponsor new Members into your Xooma business, our computers place all of your personally sponsored Members on the first level of your Executive Pay Plan. Then, all Members who are personally sponsored by those Members (on your first level) are placed on the second level in the plan. And so on, and so on.

 

Level Pay

The first two “ranks” of this plan pay you on the sales volume found within specific levels of your organization. You earn 5% commission on all of the sales volume (over $25) from the Members you personally sponsored (your first level). Once your total Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) reaches $500, you'll qualify for an additional 3% on all the sales volume in the second level and 2% on all sales volume in the third level of this plan.

Generational Pay

Once your total Group Qualifying Volume (GQV), reaches $5000 , you'll move from “level pay” to “generational pay.” And when you understand the power of being paid on “generations” VS. “levels”, you'll discover why so many people work hard to get to this level in their business as fast as possible.

A “generation” in the Xooma Executive Pay Plan is defined as ALL the sales volume in any “leg” of your organization between you and the next qualified “Generational Member” (someone who has $5000 GQV or higher). Your first generation starts with you at the top and continues down each of your legs until the computer finds another qualified Member with $5000 GQV or higher.

The graph on the right gives a visual example of what these generations could look like in any given organization:

As you can see, a “generation” can consist of any number of levels and often represents a fairly large amount of people and sales volume in your business. In fact, generational pay can allow you to earn commissions on most or ALL of the sales volume in your business . Depending on the size of your organization, that could represent dozens of levels and result in HUGE monthly commissions as your business grows!

When you look at the Generational commission percentages you’ll see that you always earn 10% on all the sales volume in the first generation of each leg. You then earn 5% on all the sales volume in the second generation of each leg, 5% on all the sales volume in the third generation of each leg...and so on.

Infinity Bonus 
When your total Group Qualifying volume (GQV) in your Xooma organization reaches $25,000, you'll be eligible to receive an additional 2% Infinity Bonus through 5 generations of other Members in your legs who have a GQV of $25,000 or higher. Not only does this 2% bonus get added to the 10% on your first generations (for a total of 12%), it also gets added to the 5% (for a total of 7%)on all other generations. In fact, your Infinity Bonus even has the ability to pay you 2% on the volume below your fifth and sixth generations!

Base Pay Plan

The Xooma Base Pay Plan is a structured compensation plan that strategically limits width which promotes fast growth and excellent long-term residual income for those Members who stay committed to their business.

This special compensation plan is designed to pay you commissions on the first $25 of each product order in your business. So, if you are focusing on building your Xooma business with the Rapid Rewards Plan, the first $25 of every order pays you additional commissions through the base pay plan you see here.

The commission percentages you qualify to earn in this plan are simply based on the number of active Members you’ve personally sponsored and the amount of product volume you are personally using and/or selling per month.

 

Infinity Bonus

Instead of being limited to just the standard commissions within the first 10 levels of this plan, you have the opportunity to get paid on some or potentially all of the sales volume below your 10th level in addition to earning extra percentages on your entire organization. This bonus could pay you as much as 20 or 30 levels deep and result in a substantial boost in your income as your business continues to grow.

Once your Xooma business has a total combined sales volume of $5,000 you qualify to earn Infinity Bonus commissions on top of your normal Base Plan commissions.  Another exciting part is that these Infinity Bonuses are cumulative (can be added together) as you increase your total sales volume. For example, if your total combined sales volume was $100,000 you could potentially earn up to 10% more (2% + 2% + 2% + 2% + 2%) on your entire organization.


The “Spill Factor”

The Base Pay plan allows every Member a maximum of two positions on their first level. So, the first two people you sponsor into your Xooma business are positioned on the first level of this plan. However, when you sponsor more than 2 people, those new Members get “spilled over” into the next available positions in the plan. Not only does that help you grow your business, it can immediately help the people below you grow their business as they’ll also earn commissions from the sales volume below them in this plan.

First Month Bonus Program

Like our “Fast Start” Bonus Program, the “First Month ” Bonus Program is designed to help you earn immediate income while you continue to build your long-term residual income through your Xooma business. And like our other program, we pay these bonuses every week!

When you sponsor someone new into Xooma Worldwide, we pay you a special commission (based on FPV) on their first  monthly order of X2O (Fast Start & Jump Start Packages excluded). Instead of paying the commissions on their first order of X2O through the normal Matrix compensation plan, we pay the majority of the commission to YOU. Review the chart below to see exactly how the “First Month ” Bonus commissions are paid.

As you can see, not only does this weekly bonus program pay you on the first monthly orders of the Members you personally sponsor, it also pays you (as the “Sponsor's Sponsor”) on the first monthly orders of new Members sponsored by the people you've personally sponsored. In addition, once you qualify as a Global Bonus Pool Earner, you'll have the opportunity to earn a bonus (as shown above) on potentially every new Member's “first order” in your organization!

Global Bonus Pool

Xooma Worldwide sets aside up to 2% of the Company's entire "global" commissionable sales volume to be paid out in special bonus pools every month. So, as your business grows, to $100,000 in total sales (and beyond) you may qualify to earn additional income from one or up to all 4 of these pools. This gives you an opportunity to get paid on the success of the entire company in addition to your own efforts.


The total bonus set aside for the monthly Global Bonus Pool is divided up into 4 separate pools - each consisting of equal shares. The qualification for the pool is based your total combined sponsorship sales volume. These pools are also cumulative. For example, if your total sponsorship sales volume for the month equaled $250,000, you would receive a share of both the 100 K and 250 K Global Bonus Pools!

*No more than 60% of your sales volume for qualification can come from one leg.

Preferred Customer Program

You earn a 24% commission on the "PV" of the order sold to a Preferred Customer. Not only does this program pay you on the orders of the Preferred Customers you personally sponsor, it also pays you (as the “Sponsor's Sponsor”) on the orders of new Preferred Customers sponsored by the people you've personally sponsored. In addition, once you qualify at a Global Bonus Level Earner, you'll have the opportunity to earn additional commissions (as shown below) on potentially every Preferred Customer order in your organization.

Your Preferred Customer will automatically be placed on our convenient monthly autoship program to ensure that they don't run out of their favorite products.
