- a plan that was easy to understand.
- a plan where people could earn money quickly with a minimum amount of effort.
- a plan that didn’t force people to develop numerous levels of “structure” just to receive the maximum commissions.
- a plan that rewarded people for honest teamwork.

- a plan that offered outstanding long-term income potential for those who wanted to earn enough money to quit their jobs and be “full-time” in their Xooma business.
So, we began to analyze our plan - identifying the strengths and weaknesses. We asked for honest feedback from Xooma’s top leaders. We then looked back through hundreds of emails sent to us by Xooma Members at every level with their suggestions and ideas on how to make things easier. We even interviewed leaders from other companies in our industry and asked for their opinions. Finally, we looked at all the information we had gathered and started the process of giving Xooma’s Compensation Plan a “makeover.”
What you’re about to read is the result of several months of dedicated focus on improving Xooma’s Compensation Plan. And while the “foundational pieces” of our plan have remained in place, you’ll see we’ve made numerous enhancements that allow you to make money faster and easier than ever before.
Review each section below for a detailed summary of the enhancements we’ve made to each part of Xooma’s Compensation Plan. Then, look for a proven action plan at the end that will help you maximize your income in Xooma Worldwide starting March 1st.

UniLevel Bonus Program: What’s new?
- New Name: Rapid Rewards Pay Plan: Previously called the “Unilevel Bonus Program,” we have changed the name to reflect how fast and easy it is to earn money with this program.
- Maximum bonus pay with less personal volume:
Believe it or not, starting March 1st, we’re going to pay you more money even if you move less personal product volume! No…we’re not crazy…just determined to make Xooma’s Compensation Plan the easiest and most lucrative plan in the home-based business industry! Here’s how it works…
Originally, to qualify for the Rapid Rewards Pay Plan, you were required you to move (use, sell, or sample) $125 in personal product volume each month. Starting March 1st, we’re reducing that personal product volume requirement from $125 to just $100. That means you can now qualify for all Rapid Reward Bonuses with just $100 in personal product volume each month! That’s the same bonus pay on 20% less product volume – simply amazing!
- Now earn approx. $100 on just $400 in total sales volume:
Xooma’s Rapid Reward Pay Plan is absolutely the fastest and easiest way to earn money in your Xooma business. Originally, this program required you to move $125 in personal product volume and when you sponsored 4 other people who also committed to moving $125 in personal volume you earned an $80 “Rapid Reward Bonus” on top of your other commissions. Under the original program you earned approx. $100 on $500 in total volume. (4 Members at $125 each)
Staring March 1st, your personal volume requirement to earn all Rapid Reward Pay Plan Bonus commissions is reduced to just $100 and so is the personal volume requirement of the Members you sponsor. That means you’ll now earn the $80 Rapid Reward Pay Plan Bonus with just 4 personally sponsored Members moving $100 in personal volume each. Combined with your other commissions, you’ll earn approx. $100 on just $400 in total sales volume in your organization.
That’s a 25% payback directly to you with only 4 people personally sponsored! It’s like getting your monthly product order for FREE just by helping 4 other people get started in Xooma!

Team Matrix: What’s new?
- New Name: Base Pay Plan: Previously called the Team Matrix we have changed the name to reflect that this plan is the starting point for those Members moving less that $100.
Originally, commission percentages on the first 3 levels of the Base Pay Plan were pushed down to the lower levels - leaving only Fast Start bonus pay available on your first 3 levels. While this was great for the long-term income potential of the Base Pay Plan, it limited some of the immediate income opportunities for new Members. Starting March 1st we’ll be paying commissions on the first 3 levels of your Base Pay Plan to help you earn money faster. You’ll now earn 1% on your first and second levels and 2% on your third.
Another great enhancement is we’ve shortened the standard Base Pay Plan structure from 12 levels to 10. By doing this, we’ve pushed the commission percentages from the 11th and 12th levels up into your first 10 levels. This small change increases your commissions on level 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in addition to adding the new commission percentages to your first 3 levels. Again, you’ll earn money faster and easier as a result.
- Earn Infinity Bonuses in half the time:
Originally, you weren’t eligible for Infinity Bonuses in your Base Pay Plan until you had a minimum of $10,000 in total sales volume within your organization. Starting March 1st, you’ll be eligible for Infinity Bonuses in half the time thanks to our new “5K” achievement level.
Now, when the total sales volume in your organization reaches $5,000 you’ll be eligible to earn an additional 2% on each level of your Base Pay Plan. On top of the extra pay in your first 10 levels, the Infinity Bonus has the potential to pay you commissions on all the sales volume below your 10th level as well.

- More product selection – no confusion:
Previously, you only earned commissions in your Base Pay Plan if a product had an “FQV” value assigned to it. While X2O was the main product with “FQV” there were other packages that also contained FQV value. Unfortunately “FQV” and “BQV” values on our products often caused confusion for Members when placing their product orders.
So, in an effort to simplify your business building efforts and avoid any confusion, Xooma’s products and packages no longer have separate “FQV” or “BQV” volume. All product volume is now combined. In fact, starting March 1st, the Base Pay Plan will pay commissions on the sale of any Xooma products.
Here’s how it works…
The first $25 of every monthly product order is entered into your Base Pay Plan and the remaining dollar volume is counted toward commissions in your Sponsorship Tree and Rapid Rewards Pay Plan. For example, if your monthly order is $100 in Xooma products, $25 would be automatically entered into your Base Pay Plan and $75 would be entered into your Sponsorship Tree and Rapid Rewards Pay Plan. This combined volume of $100 would help to qualify you for all 10 levels of the Base Plan, Level Pay in the executive Plan and the Rapid Rewards Pay Plan. This new method eliminates confusion and gives you total flexibility in choosing the products you want every month.
- Maximize your commissions with LESS volume:
Originally, if you wanted to maximize your commission potential in Xooma’s Base Pay Plan, you needed to personally move $100 “FQV.” And in order to maximize your commission potential in Xooma’s Sponsor Tree, you needed to personally move another $100 in “BQV.” That meant your total personal volume required to maximize your commissions in both plans was $200.
Starting March 1st, all product volume is now combined. No more FQV & BQV. As a result, you can now qualify for maximum commissions in both compensation plans with just $150 in personal volume. That’s $50 less volume required to earn all Infinity Bonuses and Generational Pay.
Fast Start Bonus Program: What’s new?
- Higher commission payouts:
Under the original Fast Start Bonus Program each Fast Start Package available paid the same commissions to the Sponsor. Whether you sponsored a new Member with a $199 Package, a $299 Package or a $499 Package, you earned the same bonus amount. However, with our new program, we created a way to pay you even more!
Starting March 1st, the larger the Fast Start Package, the more money you earn as the Sponsor.
- Help a new Member get started with the $199 Fast Start Package and you’ll earn $65.
- Help a new Member get started with the $299 Fast Start Package and you’ll earn $100.
- Help a new Member get started with a $499 Fast Start Package and you’ll earn $150 - $175!
In addition to earning more money as the Sponsor, you’ll still earn $25 every time one of your personally sponsored Members helps someone get started with any one of our Fast Start Packages. Plus, when you reach the global leadership ranks (5 K or above) you’ll have the potential to earn even more money every time a Fast Start Package is purchased in your organization.
- NEW - Simplified Packages:
Have you ever heard the saying “less is more?” In trying to help someone make an easy decision to join your Xooma business, less really is more. So, in the spirit of helping you sponsor more Members into your business with less effort, there will be just 4 Fast Start Packages to choose from.
These packages contain X2O and some of Xooma’s other top selling products. Not only do they pay you lucrative Fast Start bonuses, they offer an incredible value to the new Members who purchase them.

- New “5 K” bonus level added:
As a Global Bonus Member you can qualify to earn additional bonuses every time a Fast Start Package is sold below you in your organization. Originally, you had to have a minimum of $10,000 in total sales volume within your organization to qualify for additional commissions on Fast Start Packages. Now, starting March 1st, when the total sales volume in your organization reaches just $5,000 you’ll be eligible to earn a bonus commission on sale of potentially every Fast Start Package in your organization.

Global Bonus: What’s new?
- Higher qualification = higher payout:
Xooma’s Global Bonus was designed to offer additional long-term income to top ranking Xooma Members by taking up to 2% of the Company’s monthly commissionable sales volume and dividing up into 6 equal pools. Originally, qualifications started at the 10 K rank. However, due to the large number of Members in the 10 K, 25 K, and 50 K ranks, the monthly bonus amount paid to each Member in those pools was diluted to a fairly small amount.
Understanding that most Members anticipated higher & more rewarding commissions from their Global Bonus check, we increased the qualification rank and reduced the total amount of pools. By doing this, each Member who now qualifies for Global Bonus pay is assured that they will receive a larger and more rewarding bonus check for their efforts.
Starting April 1st, there are four levels for Global Bonus pay. Qualification starts at “100 K,” includes “250 K and 500 K,” and now adds a new qualification level of “1 M” (one million dollars of total sales volume in your organization). Thanks to this new enhancement, your financial rewards at the 100 K rank and above just got a whole lot more exciting.

Your action plan starting March 1st, 2008
Now that you’ve reviewed all the exciting enhancements we’ve made to Xooma’s Compensation Plan, we’re going to show you how to make the most of these enhancements. Simply follow the 3 action steps below and position yourself to earn the most money possible in your Xooma business this month!
Step 1: Upgrade your monthly autoship order.
The fastest and easiest way to make money in your business is through Xooma’s Rapid Reward Pay Plan. With as little as 4 personally sponsored Members in your Xooma business, you could be earning $100 or more per month through this incredible program. But, in order to be eligible for commissions from the Rapid Reward Pay Plan you’ll need to move (use, sell, or sample) at least $100 in personal product volume. So, if your current monthly autoship order is less than $100, it’s time to upgrade your order.
If you are a Xooma Member who has at least $5,000 in total sales volume within your organization, you’ll want to upgrade your monthly order to at least $150 in personal product volume. Once you reach the “5 K” rank in your Xooma business you’re eligible to earn infinity bonuses on your Base Pay Plan and generational pay in your Sponsorship Tree. However, in order to qualify for these lucrative income streams you’ll need your personal product volume to be at least $150 per month. So, don’t miss out on all that extra income…upgrade your autoship order today.
Step 2: Sponsor at least 4 people.
Want to maximize Xooma’s Compensation Plan? Make sure you have at least 4 Members personally sponsored and active every month.
With just 4 Members sponsored and only $150 per month in personal product volume, you automatically become eligible for virtually ALL bonuses and commissions available to you through Xooma’s Compensation Plan. That’s it…just 4 people and a reasonable monthly personal product order. It couldn’t be any easier!
So, if you don’t have 4 personally sponsored Members in your business right now, your next goal is simply to “find your 4.” And don’t forget to show them our powerful new Fast Start Packages launching on March 1st to help them get their business started right. They’ll get a great value and you’ll earn a very nice commission.
Step 3: Duplicate your efforts.
The biggest income potential of your Xooma business is found through “duplication.” If the Members of your Xooma Team simply duplicated steps 1 & 2 (above) on a monthly basis, your business and income would grow at an exponential rate. In fact, if everyone simply upgraded their autoship order and just committed to sponsoring one new Member per month, you’d have over 4000 Members in your organization in just 12 months and be earning tens of thousands of dollars per month through Xooma’s powerful Compensation Plan.
With a plan this simple and rewarding, anyone can sponsor 1 new Member per month. And that’s all it takes to develop a massive monthly income in your Xooma business.
