What are the advantages of the new Dual Team Prosperity Plan over Xooma's original plan?

  • Commissions are paid every week!
  • Unlimited depth - which means you will get paid on virtually ALL of your qualified commissionable sales volume every week (up to $15,000 per week).
  • Sales volume continues to accumulate in both teams until you are eligible for a pay cycle. (Even if it took several weeks or months for you to become eligible for a pay cycle.)
  • Encourages people to stay active (minimum of a $25 order) every month so they can continue to accumulate sales volume in their organization and eventually earn a pay cycle. If they do not stay active their accumulated volume resets to zero...so most people will want to stay active.
  • Potential for "spill over" of new Members into your teams from the efforts of those working above you in the organization. You can gain new Members in your teams who were sponsored by those above you. This is true "team work" – people helping people.
  • Easier to understand & explain and easier to build because you‘re only working with two teams.

What are the advantages of the Executive Pay Match?

  • 25% match represents huge income potential for you as your personally sponsored Members grow their business.

  • It encourages you (and others) to work with your personally sponsored Members to help them succeed. The more money your personally sponsored Members make the more matching bonuses you make.

What are the advantages of the Generational Pay Match?

  • The Generational Pay Match has the ability to pay you on large groups of people in your organization...not just Members you personally sponsor.
  • This plan gives you the ability to earn a 10% match of the income earned (through the team commissions) on hundreds or even thousands of people!

What are the advantages of the new Fast Start Program?

  • All Fast Start Packages now qualify for Rapid Rewards commissions in the same month!
  • Extremely generous Fast Start commissions to the Sponsor.
  • Now pays higher commissions to you as a leader when Fast Start Packages are sold in your organization.

Why is the Rapid Rewards Plan 2 levels now instead of 4 levels?

  • After an entire year of offering the Rapid Rewards Plan, we discovered that many Members were able to easily achieve levels 1 and 2. However, Members were finding it very difficult to reach levels 3 & 4 due to the exact structure requirements needed to reach those bonuses. So, we decided to put those potential commissions to work in other parts of the new Xooma Xcel plan in order to offer more income opportunities to more people. Thus our new plan pays you even more when you qualify for levels 1 & 2.
  • In the original plan, level 1 of the Rapid Rewards paid you $94 if everyone did exactly $100 in volume. Now, that same volume pays you $104. That's $10 more which is just over 10% more pay for the same effort!
  • Another example: In the original plan, level 2 of the Rapid Rewards paid you $372.30 if everyone did exactly $100 in volume. Now that same volume pays you $464. That's $91.70 more which is 25% more pay for the same effort!

Other important things to know...

  • Xooma's Car Bonus is an exciting new bonus that has never been offered before. Unlike other companies, we won't force you to drive a specific car in a specific color. This is YOUR business and YOU deserve the right to choose. So pick out the car (or truck) you want in your favorite color and we'll pay you $750 per month so you can drive it FREE. Plus, qualification for this bonus is based on monthly sales volume (not weekly) to make it even easier to achieve.
  • Guaranteed 2% Leadership Bonus Pool. In our original plan it paid "up to 2%." Now, it's guaranteed to be 2% ensuring large bonus checks when you achieve a top leadership rank.
  • Requirements to maximize the compensation plan are exactly the same and are still the easiest in this industry! To qualify for maximum commissions, you need just 4 personally sponsored Members moving $100 in monthly volume and you will also need to have $100 in personal volume ($150 in personal volume is still required when you reach the leadership ranks). Once you've met these requirements you continue to earn more money as the sales volume grows in your two teams. It's that simple.

Q: What is "Xooma Xcel"?
A: Xooma Xcel is a name that represents the final phase of Xooma's launch into the global marketplace. As the name implies, Xooma's infrastructure is now complete and ready for "xcelerated" growth. So, although we're still Xooma Worldwide, we encourage you to share the new "Xooma Xcel" opportunity with everyone you meet.

Q: How will Xooma transition my current organization into the new Dual Team Prosperity Plan?
A: Fortunately, the new Dual Team Prosperity Plan has an identical structure to your original Base Plan (also known as your Matrix). In the Base Plan (also know as the Matrix) you only have two people on your first level meaning you already have two legs (teams) established. Therefore, we'll simply carry over your current matrix structure into the new Dual Team Prosperity Plan.

Q: Since this is a weekly pay plan, do I need to order product every week to qualify for pay?
A: No. Our computer system still looks at your personal sales volume on a monthly basis just like it does today. So, as long as you have qualified personal volume for the month you'll be eligible to earn bonuses and commissions. (See official Prosperity Plan document for qualification details)

Q: Can I still use my personalized Xooma websites after March 1st?
A: Yes. However, as part of the Xooma Xcel plan, you'll begin to see several new enhancements to your websites throughout the month of March & April. Watch for a new compensation plan overview, new product information, new marketing & training tools, new back office functionality and reports and new look and feel.

Q: Are there any scheduled changes to Xooma's products?
A: Just one. Currently, our top-selling "energy think drink", EDGE, comes in a 20-stick box. However, in the near future we will be introducing a new 12-stick box of EDGE with a Member price of just $25. This will make EDGE more affordable and easier to combine with other products for your monthly order requirements.
