Elijah Spring is so named because Elijah is not only my favorite prophet,he was courageous, but like us, he suffered fear and what he thought was defeat; and it was he who was fed by the ravens, as he sat by the Spring where he was able to revive himself with good pure water!(So, the Elijah Spring came to be!)The product that you are going to be hearing about has to do with...WATER! My name is Annie, and I want to tell you that it took me many years to discover the value of water! Water? you say. Yes! Water! I absolutely HATED it. It made me nauseaus to drink much of it.

What I didn't realize is that I was killing myself. Our bodies need water to work properly, and I was dehydrating,little by little.

As a missionary in DC, in the summer of 2005, I found out the value of water. We were on an outreach, it was extremely hot, and I was suffering. I was walking in circles, literally. My brain felt fried. I poured water on my head, and drank a lot, as well...all to no avail. I nearly had a stroke!

Luckily, I recovered, and have been a devout drinker of at least 6-8 glasses a day.
